The real solution to "human-caused" atmospheric CO2, plus, fossil-fuels pollution and planetary crisis climate change, which is the primary cause of these atmospheric, meteorological damages to our planet and natural common home, is the replacement of fossil fuels for our electrical and other thermal energy sources with the gamut of renewable, clean energy sources, and, specifically, high-heat-depth, deep-ground terrestrial and marine geothermal electrical energy source generation as the new baseload source in replacement of all fossil fuels and nuclear electricity-generating power plants.

The extreme heat at 12-mile down and more depth/s is impervious to terrestrial and atmospheric weather and climatic conditions, is absolutely stable naturally, and is virtually boundless in that it will last for most of the lifetime of the Earth's molten core, approximately 5-billion more years. If Mars and our planet's moon still have hot cores or deep-ground active volcanoes, geothermal electricity generation, to supply human settlements and colonization, can be established on them, along with solar, wind-turbine, ice-conversion hydro and human sewage and food-waste, etc., biomass converted by biodigesters to electricity or environmentally sequestered methane gas for heating and cooking. Furthermore, there is no need for nuclear power plants, with their constant production, accumulation and need to questionably containerize and stockpile and dump environmentally and biologically poisonous and dangerous as well as millennia-long-life radioactive waste, on Earth or on human settlements on other worlds since fossil fuels would be appropriate, except for the planets Venus and much or most of Mercury, for contributing to the geochemical engineering and maintenance of substantial weather-system and climatic atmospheres on them (terraforming them, primarily extremely cold, frigid or frozen, desolate worlds) and would tend to be abundantly naturally present on them in their CO2, plus, ice and regolith or soil, if not also their subsurface lakes, seas and oceans, in addition to providing human settlements on them with artificial heat and electricity resources, together with the electrical and heating power natural resources on them from wind and solar power and water-ice-melt conversion to hydropower, also abundantly present on them virtually always in some mix, and with geothermal source power, including from surface and subsurface volcanos apart from and together with the hot cores of other worlds, for generating electricity and heat. Deep-ground, terrestrial and marine, geothermal source electricity should become the new baseload electrical and heating power source for world humanity starting immediately. Russian President Vladimir Putin needs to keep the presence of large numbers of soldiers in the war arena in Ukraine even if they are losing overall or in general, but attacking and having some successes, if only for show and to intimidate and harass the Ukrainian government, population and armed forces, to stress them -- along with their mission [to try] to hold onto and undertake more of their commanded land thefts from [the territory of] Ukraine. The bombing and shelling of Ukrainian municipalities, or urban centers, and towns and villages, civilian habitations, by the armed forces of Russia and their collaborators under the command and direction of the Putin political-military regime of Russia are meant to degrade and demolish their habitability and thereby inflict intolerable survival-related deprivation and suffering, as well as societal disorganization, chaos, panic, despair and flight, on the civilian population of Ukraine, the bulk of the Ukrainian populace and voting citizenry, stress them and the political leadership of Ukraine at all levels of society into longing for peace and to surrender to the Russian regime for a cessation of and relief from such hostilities against and destruction of Ukraine, as well as into rebelling against their top national political and military leaders prosecuting a war against the invader Russian armed forces of Ukrainian sovereign territory.

In major part, these attacks on civilian population centers may be intended to turn the civilian population against the Zelensky presidency of Ukraine and to oust Ukrainian President Zelensky in the next Ukrainian election, or before then, and elect or install an alternative candidate for the office of president of Ukraine who would be eager to negotiate an end of the war with the Russian regime that would be palatable to and an appeasement political and territorial win for the Putin Russian regime.

Winning the war by urban demolition or the destruction of civilian population centers has worked for the Russian Putin regime in Chechnya and Syria. The Russian Putin regime's emphasis on its threats of a willingness to use its nuclear weapons if the war is brought to Russian territory credibly acts as a deterrent in limiting the Russian-Ukrainian war territorially to being an offensive war only against the territory of Ukraine and allowing the Russian armed forces in Russia and Ukraine to degrade the habitability of and destroy the cities, towns and villages of Ukraine at their discretion and whim without the consequence of retaliatory military strikes on attacking Russian armed forces and sites in Russia proper. In this situation, it does not matter how much the Russian armed forces in Ukraine lose (soldiers, weaponry, etc., positions and territory) to the Ukrainian armed forces, they are able endlessly to conduct their demolition military bombing and artillery strikes against Ukrainian defenseless, sitting-ducks civilian-center cities, towns and villages.

Putin's war against Ukraine is indicatively a geopolitical war to sour the Ukrainian population and electorate on Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky, the US population and electorate on US President Joe Biden and his/the US Congressional leadership Democratic Party as well as the populations and electorates of NATO member nations on the leaders of primarily European NATO nations -- poison the socioeconomic political ambience of these democratic nations and depopularize their top elected leaders -- in view of and in their reaction to the fuel energy shortages and economic losses they, households and businesses collectively, are experiencing as a result Russia’s retaliatory sanctions against the USA and NATO member nations for their leaders’ criticism and economic sanctions of Russia because of the Russian Putin regime’s war against Ukraine, and their leaders supplying arms to Ukraine to fight off the Russian Putin regime’s military aggression against and land grabbing in Ukraine.

On 07-19-2022 I read a science news article on the mysterious .2-second, recurrent FRB resembling a heartbeat pattern and lasting for a record total duration for an FRB of 3 seconds.  The article reported, in paraphrase of it, that the energy source of that FRB would have to have been that of hundreds of millions of solar masses, and that pulsar or magnetar neutron stars that otherwise could explain the source of past FRBs did not fit as sources because of their single-digit masses, equated with energy magnitude, recurrent heartbeat pattern and comparative, to past FRBs, extreme duration.  I attempted to save the article, to which I posted the following comment; however, the article did not save.  So I tried to research it online but could not find an article mentioning the reference to the hundreds of millions of solar masses, but I did find a reputable science article on the same FRB without reference to the said solar-mass energy, whose click-on hyperlink is posted at the conclusion of this herein Twitter post of mine.  The comment I posted was:  “Celestial FRBs (fast radiofrequency or radio-wavelength bursts) associated with the energy output of hundreds of millions of times of the energy magnitude of or output produced by our sun, our solar-planetary system's star, of .2-milliseconds and repeating for three seconds could only be produced by a supermassive black hole, of equivalence or greater in mass, of some kind and in some way, and nothing else.” (I questioned the term .2 milliseconds (two-tenths of one-thousandth of a second for the FRB in my aforementioned quoted comment, a term I saw used in the numerous news stories I read on this particular FRB before, in that article, and after, but a term that I thought could have been incorrectly used in its application and meant to refer to decimal or fractional seconds as of intervals of two-tenths of a second per repetition of the FRB).  I thought that the scientist, if not that scientist's public relations or communications aide or secretary, who communicated the news on this FRB to the mass news media may have reported that the pulse was a millisecond or so many milliseconds in length and repeated every .2 seconds over the total time span of its occurrence of 3 seconds.)  Supermassive black holes with such magnitudes of solar masses are well known to astronomers and human astronomy to exist.

 

In afterthought, I add the caveat that there is a weak outside chance that a small galaxy or large star cluster (a globular star cluster) with hundreds of millions of solar masses, rotating globularly as a unit, at the extreme speed of a pulsar or magnetar neutron star, or a black hole, that could be the energy source and cause of this particular heartbeat-pattern repeating FRB, a weak chance because neither a small galaxy nor globular cluster of stars has ever shown anything close to the observed necessary extreme spin velocity to generate the millisecond/decimal-second time of any FRB, including the concerned FRB, whereas pulsar and magnetar neutron stars commonly have and so have black holes, some black holes of which have been radio-telescopically clocked to spin at half the speed of light, circa 335,000,000 miles per hour.  Nor has any galaxy, small or large, nor globular star cluster made up of only or primarily either or a mix of pulsar and/or magnetar neutron stars, or all variety of neutron stars, ever been reported to have been observed in the astronomical observations of astronomy.  Among other explanations as to how a black hole or black holes could produce this and some of the other FRBs, is the one that when two or more black holes merge, they probably generate more than outwardly going gravitational shock waves, insofar as their individually orbiting huge and powerful accretion disks of volatile chemical gas and particulate matter, and photospheres, most probably collide on the way toward and during the process of their merger and ignite or trigger a chaos of astronomically large and powerful explosions of all possible kinds, possibly including nuclear explosions, that as a result radiate their own concomitant, with gravitational waves, radio frequency or wavelength blasts, and/or nuclear explosion-related EMP (electromagnetic-pulse) blast/s, into and through the surrounding outer space of the universe.  Supermassive black holes, of hundreds of millions to billions of solar masses in magnitude, might have gravitationally entrained orbiting satellites, beyond their accretion disks and toruses, of stars, with or without celestial-body solar systems, whose stars might include neutron stars, maybe pulsars and/or magnetars, and binary, or multisystem, stars, that are absorbed in, and smash up during, the black hole mergers and in some situations are cause for or contributors of cause for the concerned FRBs.  Also, like their pulsar and magnetar neutron-star celestial cousins, black holes may eject or blast out from their magnetic poles into outer space huge and powerful bursts of electromagnetic radio-wave beams under some circumstances that may be the source of FRBs.
