The MAGA-GOP White House and MAGA-GOP majority US Congress need to reconsider their new US military policy in operation of attacking with missiles, bombs and artillery, based on the suspicion, allegation, rumor, pretextual smear, etc., of drug-trafficking guilt, targeted boats or watercraft in the waters off of the coasts of the Caribbean islands and Central and upper South America, with US political leadership unilaterally and without objective and adjudicated proof of their guilt designating them as say-so guilty and legitimate targets upon which to mete out death, targets of our political leadership's own deemed automatic death-penalty-warranted drug trafficking criminal guilt, being automatic and unadjudicated drug trafficking guilt, absent a criminal trial in an impartial crime-jurisdiction court of law. If the top governing officials of our nation command such a policy and practice and have our military do such a thing, which they newly are, then powers or dare-doers, innocent formal and informal and criminal, of affected or concerned foreign nations may feel that they must and have the right to deal with US vessels, private or military or those of visitors in commerce or of leisure, in our shared waters, in a similar regard (By the way, there are and have been plenty of US narcotics plant growers and narco-drug manufacturers, primarily white people, and users and dealers, respectively, including, formerly as a 12-year heroin user, the current US Secretary of the Department of Health and Human Services and, formerly as a narco-drug dealer-seller, the current US VP), which could easily result in guerilla wars in the neighboring seas and escalate and spiral out of control. Innocent persons should not be incarcerated or killed based on accusation and without a determination of guilt or innocence, in a fair court trial of criminal determination, based on objective evidence and sufficiently evidenced or proven guilt. I speak, via writing, in the interest of the preservation of international law and peace between our nation and our nation-state neighbors and our mutual respect for one another as sovereign nations.

The methodically fatal military strikes on sea vessels in the Caribbean Sea and in its waters off of the coastal nations of northern South America and Central America by the naval forces of Monroe Doctrine hegemon of the Americas the USA Trump presidential administration are an intended gunboat-diplomacy enforced blockade and embargo of sea traffic and trade on Venezuela. whose collateral effect does the same to all of its coastal neighbors and the whole of their fishing industry as a result of the US hegemonic gunboat politics and diplomacy in the, and its, selected kill zone area.
