Answer to the Question of "If Energy Can Neither Be Created Nor Destroyed, Then How Does It Exist?"

 

Prefaced question posted on the Facebook Stephen Hawking Group forum on 10-10-2020, greatly enlarged upon in this blog post: “'Energy cannot be created nor destroyed.’ If it can’t be created, then how does it even exist?”

(Paraphrased, “If energy and matter in the aggregate can neither be created nor destroyed, but cycle from one to the other perpetually, where did they, or energy-matter, come from?")

My answer:

The answer is in the fundamental, intrinsic factual circumstance that it is impossible for there to be absolute, universal or overall nothing and absolute, universal or overall somethingness, with somethingness being the same as mere essence of any kind, at the same time. Thus, fundamentally, there is either the circumstance of underlying or preexisting overall nothing or the opposite, being somethingness/essence. Mathematically and as a matter of mechanics or literal physics, something cannot come from absolute/ly nothing, even according to the something-from-nothing origin-of-the-universe thesis of some theoretical and cosmological physicists (like Stephen Hawking and Lawrence Krauss), who acknowledge that foremost fundamental space, the closest thing to nothing (with it so being a virtual nothing), is a physical thing, a something, as it empirically is a three-dimensional/four-dimensional (informational-dimensional) volume of expanse, however infinitesimal it may have been or grand it is or may become in size, and that by its mere existence as such it is temporal, a thing of presence, of dwelling and duration, whether infinite, indefinite or finite/circumscribed.

Also, empirically so, vacuum space, a 3-d/4-d volume structure and phenomenon, inheres, is occupied by and generates the quantum energy of a vacuum, of vacuum space and so itself is energetic in the same way that it inherently is the Einsteinian elasticity fabric of space-time (which I hypothesize is actually the inherent, fundamental energy of vacuum space, inclusive of latent or covert gravity-gravitons, quantum force fields, plus) -- a contained physical volume or simply a physical volume, which 3-d/4-d space, space-time is, may unto itself inhere pressure, the same thing as exertion, force and energy. (Even if space ever were or may become a one or any other dimensional structure of space or space-time, it would by its dimensionality still be an informational structure of expanse and a thing, a thing of existence. Only by its absence of all dimensionality and energy, as well as the derivatives of these, like quanta and atomic matter, would space be absolutely nothing.) Since energy is the basis of matter, in math terms the inverse of the Einsteinian equation of the equivalency of energy and matter, E = mc2, space, space-time would be the foundation of the material universe at all levels and neither space, space-time nor energy/energy-matter requires any other source for either's/their existence, though fundamentally energy-matter is/are dependent on 3-d/4-d volume space/space-time for its/their existence and not vice versa.

Analytical evidence, if not proof, that energy precedes matter in existence and is the baseline source of matter or the baseline source of both the cyclic conversion of energy into matter and matter into energy is contained in the same Einsteinian equation of the equivalency of energy and matter in which the product of the equation, the mathematical property, or term, on the right-hand side of the equation, mc2 translates into the law that matter is “'propelled' [implicitly but necessarily 'by an energy source'] at the speed” of light, squared, whereby it [consequently] becomes and is the solo property of nature that is energy (the physical property, or term, on the left-hand side of the equation). Doubly elucidated, the right-hand-side term of the equation mc2 and its law mean by the words “…at the speed of light…” that matter “in motion” is propelled [by an 'energy' source] at the speed of light multiplied by the speed of light (fundamental radiant energy = mass x (186,282 miles ((or 299,792 kilometers)) per second, alternatively 670,616,629 miles per hour,  x 186,282 mps, alternatively 670,616,629 mph ((or 1,079,251,200 kmh)) by a transcendent, superluminal energy propellant force of such a propulsion magnitude, 34.7-billion, 34,700,983,524, miles ((89,875,243,264 km)) per second, exponentially far exceeding the speed of light of 186,282 mps), with [light's rate of] motion or propulsion, or that of any activity per se, being the essential function and inseparable thrust gradient, power load or magnitude, of any kind at any level of existence, of [dynamic] energy and its distinctive feature dynamism. M x c2-speed, in propelling m (including all of its constituent quanta) at a total burn-up, disintegration velocity of 34,700,983,524-billion mps, or 89,875,243,264 kps, I surmise might theoretically be able to transport a retained intact m or its transformed subquantum nebular or coherent radiant state of fundamental, pure [radiant] energy to any neighboring galaxy in perhaps decades to a few years, at a per 30-second travel distance of 1,041,029,505,720 miles ((or 2,696,257,297,920 kilometers)), or  2.082-trillion, 2,082,059,011,440, miles (5,392,514,595,840 kilometers) per minute (mpm or kpm), and explain in part instantaneity [in interaction or functional correlation] between quantumly- or cosmically-entangled particles or objects, in the sense of an infinite or infinite-like [propulsive-energy] speed agent in a finite spatial context.  (Einstein's hunch that there's a hidden cause-effect explanation for quantum or cosmic entanglement instantaneity between entangled quantum particles ((quantum or subatomic matter?)) makes sense in the scenario of an infinite or [locally] infinite-like [propulsive-energy] speed agent in a finite space or such spatial context.  For instance, with reference to the latter point, the c2 energy-speed force, whereas it takes 5.5 hours for the sun's light, traveling at 186,282 miles or 299,792 kilometer per second, to reach the dwarf planet Pluto, an average of 6.9 billion kilometers ((4,287,461,225 miles)) distant from the sun, at the end of the planetary sector of our solar system, it would take c2 circa a 5th ((.20)) of a second to make the same journey and a micro-mini fraction of a second to travel from the Earth to the sun circa 150,000,000 kilometers ((93,000, 000 miles)) away from it, and a teeny-weeny fraction of this fraction of a second to travel from the Earth to Earth's moon at a distance away of 356,500 kilometers away from it ((the average of 225,383 miles away from the sun at its closest and 252,088 miles at its farthest point in distance)).  These c2 internal solar-system travel time spans perhaps could have given early- and mid-20th-Century quantum physicists who pioneered quantum physics the mistaken impression or illusion of instantaneity of quantum entanglement, spooky action at a distance, remotely-in-time-to-become explainable as viewed by Albert Einstein, in interactions, transactions, communications or functional correlations between quantumly-entangled quantum or subatomic particles.  How he came up with the equation E = mc2 confounds my imagination but it conceivably is explanatory of quantum entanglement instantaneity of a broadly local scale.).  Thus, matter is bundled energy, energy is the default actional, dynamic state of itself and both basically are energy but each is a different state of energy.

(One may ask, as I have in my apprehension of the validity of this equation of E = mc2, which is reported to have been confirmed experimentally by MIT in circa 2005 and in Albert Einstein's time by Cockroft and Walton, 1932, https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=-SWVuISPT3A, is/((for me, was)) how the speed of light, the speed limit of the motion or travel or transpiration for all physical things in the universe, could be increased by any amount or be multiplied by itself, by whatever energy source, to achieve such a stupendous, incredible speed?, and by so asking oneself, one would be befuddled like me, other than to speculate that only expanding and/or traveling, therefore energetic, space/space-time, that has been observed and documented by astronomers to be expanding inter-galactically in excess of the speed of light, could do this and carry matter and vacuum-space's hypothetical quantum or subquantum, undifferentiated and united four-forces fundamental energy at such a speed and maybe faster. ((This consideration engenders the idea that there credibly may be universally fundamental space and energy, or space-energy, quantum or cosmic entanglement.))  Nonetheless, the militarily and industrially commonplace splitting of the atom and the conversion of its tiny mass to a humongous quantity of atomic or atomic-nuclear energy is associated with this equation, or a systematic, unwitting light-speed non-transcendent or subluminal version of it, maybe like in a single second the explosion of the concentrated electromagnetic energy of a photon beam, cloud, plasma, etc., containing within it 186,282 x 186,282 photons ((the force carriers of light, electromagnetism or electromagnetic energy)) triggered to mutually collide, or an event with the same number or more of anti-photons and photons that mutually annihilate or explode within a shared second or brief timeframe and release the extreme energy underlying c2, which is highly feasible.)

In sum, it takes energy to convert matter to energy and it takes energy to convert energy to matter, implying that there is always more energy than matter overall naturally, which is the observed case in the proportions of the dark energy (circa 68.5% of the basic content of the observed universe) and dark matter (circa 26.9% of the basic content of the observed universe) to one another in the observed universe. This relationship of imbalance or inequality in the cosmological caloric-mass content found between dark energy and matter in the universe may likewise be the observed case in the proportions of normal (luminous- or baryonic-related) energy and matter to one another in the universe, for which the percentage of the normal matter content is given, in the amount of circa 4.6%, but with no percentage content given for normal energy, which must be a lackadaisical, memed omission and must mean that the normal energy and matter content of the universe are combined, for convenience, in the percentage figure for normal matter from all reputable sources, inasmuch as the given three figures total 100% of the basic energy and matter content of the observable universe.  Despite the unspecified, hidden portion of the normal energy indicatively included with and undifferentiated from normal matter in the percentage quantity given for normal matter in the universe, the reported percentage of the dark energy by itself, absent the unstated amount of normal energy, is more than twice the amount of the sum of both dark matter and normal matter-plus in the universe.

Absolute nothing in this general regard, that of the whole of this narrative, is or would be an impossibility, an absolute impossibility. Furthermore, as a matter of incontrovertible empirical logic, there cannot be any existence that is apart from or beyond space, space-time because any [such theoretical] existence or purported existence would still have to exist somewhere, including apart from or beyond space, space-time, which therefore is somewhere, purportedly but fictitiously "somewhere else" apart from or beyond space, space-time, which is place, a location, a somewhere [else], being space, space-time.  However, hypothetically there could be an external space-time to the space-time of our universe, such as that of a parallel universe or multiverse or a hyperspace.  

     The said impossibility also negates the thesis or theory that space is made or may be made up of a network of quantumly entangled waves or particles or particles and waves or particle-waves, or an analogous foam, web or mush of quantum granules, etc., preexistent to space, space-time because they, by their structures as things, would have to be informational geometrical-spatial stuff, forms, structures or entities, even if they were ethereal shape-shifting stuff, things, etc., and so inescapably they would have to have spatial dimensions or dimensionality as well as have to initially, upon their inception or presence, and forever after be hosted in an environment or context "and always be somewhere" -- "all being space, space-time" -- and with at least infinitesimal space, and therefore space, space-time, separating and in between them in some way as structural identities; and by and for their mere existence, their state of being (the same as their state of duration, their enduring as a something), presence, dwelling and activity, they would be time-bound and engaged in inescapable ongoing-time behavior for the duration of their existence, which if and when it were to decay, entropy or lapse, they would cease to be and they would no longer be of time as they were, although their host and environment space, space-time would survive each and every one of them and yet endure and although their fundamental energy-matter would recycle in the universe (the space, space-time host and context of everything), whether near or far.  

     In addition, it is impossible for a thing to exist while not enduring or being of the state of duration, "time," and it is impossible for a thing to behave or engage in any activity and not engage in actional time or dynamic time, the concomitant of and underlain by energy.  The scientifically known ubiquitous virtual particles of vacuum space fizzing and flickering in and out of existence, as a matter of their behavior (their behaving, their dynamic behavior), too, must be fueled and powered by fundamental energy, the deduced source of their activity and cycling, and functionally are the 100%-correlated products of space, space-time.  Space-time intrinsically must be an autonomous continuum because if it were made up of things or a mass of unitary stuff, default space-time would not exist omnipresently throughout existence as it must wherever there would be separation of or gaps between or within such things or stuff, including virtual particles, force carriers, quarks, and so forth, ad infinitum, reflecting that things and stuff discontinuously pervade space, space-time and could not fill in all of space, space-time nor be the source of space, space-time.  In a practical, but just as impossible, regard, one could better and more plausibly deduce and infer the hypothesis that ubiquitous, fundamental, radiant energy -- the fuel, engine and driver underlying all action, creation, behavior, mutability and morphogenesis, evolution, quanta, matter and everything else of simultaneity of cause-effect, sequentially discrete action-reaction-interaction cause-and-effect physical or kinetic existence -- is the underlying source of space, space-time, were it not for the fact that fundamental energy resides in and is hosted by, as well as is manufactured (unfolds from expanding space, space-time) in the behaviorally elastic fabric of 3-d, 4-d volume space, space-time, in which, in vacuum space, gravity is ostensibly latent or covert (possibly there is such covert gravity, since there may be microgravity or subquantum gravity ((as in the [tethered] orbits of electrons around the nuclei of atoms, the clouds of gluons surrounding quarks in protons and neutrons, the highly dispersed, low-density quantities of quantum particles pervading interplanetary, apparent empty space devoid of resident celestial objects, with possible quantum or subquantum gravity wells from their presence in such space and interactions with neighboring or orbital coupling/s with other quanta, etc.)) and hypothetical gravitons at the fundamental energy state of otherwise vacuum space in which quantum fluctuations in the magnitudes of energy concentrations, and/or fields or energy-speed:energy-time domains constantly and ubiquitously impact by their motion and mass on the fabric of space, space-time, manifesting gravity, whether pull or push or both, at such a state or level of existence) and were it not for the fact that the current astronomy and astrophysics of humanity can trace and observe that space, space-time itself is dynamic and energetic in that 1.), it can cosmologically bend and expand and indicatively shrink in whole to a singularity of a virtually infinitely great-in-magniture, dense and intense infinitesimal mass in its least state in size, which is the evident initial state of the universe based on the CMBR (cosmic microwave background radiation), the fossil-light afterglow of the big-bang birth or emergence of the universe, and 2.), it can locationally do the same at the singularity, or nucleus, of black holes, regions of extreme gravity or extreme gravity wells, in the space, space-time universe of matter.  (Hypothetically, there may be both baryonic-matter state and dark-matter state black holes and they may be capable of interacting directly or indirectly and might indeed interact as pure gravity entities, given that indirectly observed dark matter, indirectly observed by its gravitational effects of enveloping and corraling the boundaries as well as inducing and maintaining the cohesion of galaxies and in gravitationally lensing light in outer space where no other gravitational lensing celestial body of normal matter is present, appears only to interact gravitationally, and directly so, with our baryonic-matter state of the universe.)

Ironically, the only thing that could theoretically precede or lie beyond [informational] space, space-time, the same as fundamental or minimal existence, would be nothing, as a matter of the conceptualized latter's prior but impossible state of [total and absolute] nullity or its probably just as impossible future state of [total and absolute] nullity, with needed for either state of nullity, respectively, being the absence or extinguishment of all energy, matter, energy-matter (including essence or stuff), motion, stasis, behavior, temperature, light, darkness, space (including distance, expanse, place), time (including presence, state of being and duration), dimensionality-geometry and informationality, though oblivion, a parallel universe, a multiverse or hyperspace theoretically could exist beyond our universe. 

Interview on the Subject of Energy with the Ghost of Physicist Albert Einstein

Question:  To your mind and in your theoretical analysis, is there a general explanation for the mysteries of the origin of the universe and its initial state as a singularity, black holes and the singularity of a black hole, instantaneity in the behavioral functional correlation or interface of quantumly entangled particles, etc., and similar or analogous [quantum] teleportation, the superpositional simultaneous multidirectional spins, etc., of a quantum particle, the quantum tunneling of quantum particles, the flickering in and out of existence of virtual particles ubiquitous in vacuum space, and for all atomic matter, including the constitution and behavior of its components, its organization and cosmologically evolutionary products and of all [action-reaction-interaction] cause-and-effect occurrence?

Answer:  Fundamentally, nothing can happen or happens without energy and action.  Energy is the fundamental source and driver of all happening, events, occurrences, transmission, behavior, and so forth, no matter how weird or seemingly inexplicable such phenomena may be.  It is the job of those with the need to understand and know to fathom the implied but unknown or mysterious energy sources, energy states and energy dynamics that would account for all of these phenomena, that sometimes are weird, perplexing, to us, realities of nature.  

The virtually infinitely dense and intense singularity state of the origin of the universe and that of a black hole, as a likewise compression of a likewise infinitesimal point of mass of a, respectively, cosmos-scale and mega- or superstellar-scale, or -capacity, extreme magnitude, would have to have been for the former or be for the latter an energy-governed singularity state, if not a state of likewise extraordinarily concentrated pure energy for either, and the trigger for the big-bang origin of the universe would have necessitated a causal fuel, being energy, and the big-bang cosmogenic event itself would fundamentally have had to have been an energy event.  

     In accordance with the law of cause and effect of the empirically-based explanatory standard model of physics applicable to atoms and the universe built of atoms, an energy source of a magnitude proportional in output to the comprehensive content, size and lifespan of the cosmologically evolutionary universe would have been required for the production of the universe.   

     But quantum physicists report that mathematically the law of cause and effect breaks down, apparently as we know it, at the points of the singularities of the big-bang and black holes and that it does not apply at these points of space (space-time), again, as we know it.  However, perhaps consistent with these mathematics and their translation to such a scientific insinuation or determination, while intellectually preserving the seemingly essential law of cause and effect universally observed by our science to be at work internally in atoms and in the building and cosmological governance of our atomic-molecular stage of the universe, hypothetically the big-bang origin of our universe, from the start-point singularity [of the birth] of the universe, may have been a simultaneous cause-effect event rather than a sequential cause-and-effect event and this same hypothetical principle of simultaneous, instantaneous cause-effect occurrence may be a phenomenon present in quantum-particle entanglement and simultaneous cause-effect entanglement between atoms as well as molecules, plus. Both quantum entanglement and analogous teleportation reflect an act of transmission ostensibly superseding, transcending or canceling the normal, to us, length, travel and latency (wait) factors of and across space and time. This principle of quantum-entanglement simultaneity-instantaneity, in which the extent of the distance between quantumly entangled quantum particles, and for analogous quantum teleportation, has no relevance or influence on the immediacy of occurrence of the mirror behavior or imaging between a behaviorally calibrated or tweaked input, independent-variable quantum particle and its output, respondent dependent-variable counterpart quantum particle mate, hypothetically may be possible because vacuum space itself is energetic and may have no speed limit and may somehow be capable of infinite speed. From the frame of reference of the behavior of the matter that makes up our stage of the universe built of atoms and operating on the sequential law of action, proportional reaction and [proportional or possibly synergistic] interaction cause-and-effect, this quantum entanglement behavior is entirely anomalous and alien to and defies the behavior of [the atomic macrocosmic state of] nature at this level, apart from that of sci-tech artificially quantumly-entangled isolated atoms or molecules, and maybe likewise sci-tech collections of these, and so may be thought of by us as "spooky action at a distance." If this principle is nevertheless quantumly factual, it would suggest or mean that the quantum entanglement relationship of the scientifically observed instantaneity of functionally correlated or synchronized behavior between two or more quantum particles may be or is one of cause-effect simultaneity and infinite speed, at the microcosmic state of nature, of communication, transaction or interaction...  

     Black holes are created by the crushing pull and compression gravity-force (energy) dynamics self-cannibalistically come from and exerted on the collapsing leftover cores of supermassive dead, imploded stars, reducing them to extreme, pure gravity-force (energy) regions, fields or wells in space, or, one might say, a such gravity-force celestial object in space. 

For anything, if it happens, happened or something about it happened, then energy and action are or were the underlying fundamental agents for whatever happens or happened, and energy is or was the underlying fundamental impetus of the action and for the effect of the action, with quanta and atomic matter being the force carriers and implementors of energy and action.  

Lastly, if there is anything of existence that is omnipotent, by definition it would have to be fundamental energy, omnipotent energy, omnipotent-omnipresent [foremost fundamental cosmic] energy whose fundamental, inescapable host and abode would necessarily be space, space-time, which itself is observably energetic.

E = mc2 in longhand writing means energy is equal to mass-1 multiplied by velocity-2 (c) of light that itself is multiplied by itself, the velocity of light, first, before Mass is multiplied by Velocity multiplied by itself.  

1.  Mass is the [energy-matter] quantity of inertia, assumedly quantifiable as an energy magnitude or gradient, possessed by a thing (an object, entity or event of any kind or size), the [relative] measure, degree, load or amount of resistance to acceleration or deceleration a thing of any kind or size possesses, somewhat comparable to and correlated with but not weight.

2.  Velocity is synonymous with speed or momentum, which, as well as velocity, are/is a feature of time (the from-to state of existence and duration, lifespan or transpiration span of an object, event or object-event).  

3.  Dynamic time (duration) = distance divided by speed (the speed of travel or transpiration of an object, event or object-event across or upon distance, a length or span of space, in which the speed of the traveler or transient factor is determined by its motional energy capacity and output (Speed = the measurement of position or point A to position or point B in distance divided by the duration of travel or transpiration of that distance by an object, event or object-event (a unit or clip of momentum, akin to tempo or a standardized unit of frequency of a pulse or beat pattern across a distance).  Reductively, in least terms, dynamic time is the durational result of a defined distance divided by the rate of motion of a thing traversing or transpiring upon it.

Afterward Remark:  On the right-hand side of this equation, for anything of reference whose measure of mass is represented and inserted into the equation, the letter-symbol m would be mathematically represented by and replaced with the number expressing the measure of that m, and the mathematician performing the operation of the equation should be cognizant of the fact that in his or her multiplying of m by c2 that in an empirical regard he or she is multiplying m by a momentum that is fueled and propelled by an underlying, unstated magnitude of energy also symbolized by the c2 term representing superluminal speed or rate of motion or travel of m, mathematically expressed in or as miles, kilometers, etc., per second, per minute, per day, per month, per year (light-year).  Also, he or she should bear in mind that energy and speed-time are inseparably intertwined and positively correlated linearly in the equation's behavioral and mathematical result and the application of the equation's fully expressed mathematical result.  

(However, the energy-speed and speed-time relationship or bond diverges according to Einstein's locally-confirmed time dilation theory in which in outer space, highly vacuum space, speed and time systematically become progressively negatively correlated, linearly, so that the higher the speed at which a thing moves the slower in [correspondingly stretching space-time,] time it moves or the slower for it time moves ((or lapses, or so undergoes atomic or subatomic structural decay or entropy related to the universal processes of the mutability and morphing of things:  physical aging?)), which may conflict with the equation of E = mc2 and its "speeds," plural when the m gradient is applied to c2 ((as firstly there is the c2 speed alone and secondly the gradient of m multiplied by c2)).  If photons, light quanta and the force carriers of light, electromagnetism or electromagnetic energy, remain intact and continue to exist ((stasis time)) at their velocity ((a feature of dynamic time)) that is the speed limit of mass in our universe, a speed that theoretically is the time stand-still point for mass in the universe, then the activity ((a feature of dynamic time)) of their continued velocity and enduring presence ((fundamental time)) as things contradicts that time, dynamic or stasis time, has frozen or vanished for them ((reworded:  since, for photons, their of] time to "mc2."  The solution to the issue with mc2, in borrowing terminology from accounting:  The "bottom line" is that Big E-baseline > c, with this having food-for-thought implications for energy physics.  The longhand translation and implications of Big E-baseline  > c are that the herein hypothesized speed of the fundamental energy of vacuum space, space-time, c2, exponentially exceeds the speed of light, c, and is not constrained by and is not subject to the laws of the universe governing the normal ((baryonic-plus)) energy-matter or mass of the universe, including its quantum particles and forces.  It occurs to me that c2, a mathematical constant, is actually the base or fundamental energy of vacuum space, space-time, in our universe, whose energy and speed magnitudes are the same as those [of the speed] of light multiplied by the speed of light and whose relativistic such magnitudes are variable, varying with different mass gradients for different varieties of mass or a given individual mass, and are mathematically those of the given mass gradient, M ((bundled energy)), multiplied by the c2 base energy of vacuum space, space-time, which together produce relativistic, synergistic Big E-ultra, being mc2, which behaves in the universe like the fundamental energy of vacuum space, space-time, c2, but as a higher energy force than C2 is more powerful and faster than c2.  C2 also suggests that there may be exploratory merit to string theory's concept of co-existing, extra hidden dimensions within, to our perception, standard 3-dimensional, 4-dimensional volume space, space-time, extra dimensions that are relativistic, extreme energy-speed, speed-time scales on a ladder of these with their own regimes or realms of time, space-time ((that may account for the instantaneity or superluminal time behavior of hypothetical wormholes and white holes if they are real, as well as enable quantum particles to assume a circumstance-dependent wave function and engage in quantum tunneling and the weird, extraordinarily complex superpositioning behavior of quantum particles)), within our shell of a bubble of 3-d, 4-d volume space, space-time.  As suggested before in this writing, c2, or c2 as well as mc2, might also account for or contribute to quantum entanglement's, and similar teleportation's, seeming instantaneity of communication, interaction or transaction between entangled particles or more complex matter and explain their accomplishing this phenomenon by their accessing and utilizing c2, or, to add, alternatively, other superluminal extreme energy-speed hidden, extra dimensions of or novel extreme energies and their frequencies, within the space, space-time of our universe.  ((The starting point for deciphering the science of quantum-entanglement, plus, simultaneity and instantaneity -- maybe even including the singularities of black holes -- is to construct exhaustive theories or hypotheses, with an open mind to discovery of, to our sci-tech humanity, new physics along the way, diagrammatically mapping credibly possible quantum object, energy and behavioral mechanisms and dynamics that could best mechanistically explain it, and test these theories or hypotheses in physical or computer-modeling experiments.  The simplest explanations for quantum instantaneity, to me, are, firstly, that expanding and malleable space, space-time itself, whose vacuum generates and hosts the mutable and morphable energy of vacuum space that is the source of the mutable and morphable [-universe] space, space-times with different energy, emergy-to-matter and relativistic motion and speed regimes, perceptibly and kinetically primarily invisible, materially and chemically, to our science, in which our parallel universe figuratively and comparatively has the speed limit of a snail, that is most extreme and the believed ultimate speed universally, to us, but by comparison with the other universe is a snail's-pace speed limit that is the true speed limit for our universe though not for the other, whereas the counterpart parallel universe has, unbeknownst to us, the unbelievably great and outlaw, to us, speed limit of light^20, while we illusorily observe the entangled quanta from the standpoint of our laggard universe, senses and experimentation measuring methods and means to be engaging in instantaneity and the seeming cancellation, etc., of distanced space-time, yet not time itself since instantaneity of an occurrence is itself time, or a time event, that necessarily occurs during the sci-tech input change to the [signaling, source or change-basis] ying quantum particle entangled with the [mirroring] yang quantum particle.  Quantum-particle entanglement and complementarity are not constructs of scientific debate concerning their reality, each of whose reality is scientifically confirmed; rather, the specific bases of the entanglement and the instantaneity of correlation or synchrony between the entangled particles are subjects for further scientific exploration, research and problem solving, for conclusive, factual answers.  If explanation two, whether or not in conjunction with explanation one, were to prove correct, then quantum-particle entanglement and possibly all weird quantum phenomena may resolve from their interfacing with the twilight-zone of primarily materially and chemically different and mutually invisible overlapping parallel universes, and be a blurry window, collectively, or windows otherwise between or across them, but usefully so scientifically.  As a principle of primordial, fundamental quantum nature, the hypothesis of quantum state cause-effect, action-reaction simultaneity-instantaneity and entanglement might be a pathway toward understanding  and accounting for the general absence of symmetrical antimatter in our state of the universe, as it may be the matter of a parallel antimatter universe mate of our normal matter universe, symmetrically burst into a separate, symmetrical big-bang existence with that of the origin of our universe of normal matter, with perhaps both being mutually invisible or [naturally almost entirely] inaccessible to one another.))  In addition, c2 might explain the nature of the 99.9999... empty space of atoms, as it possibly being the atomically containerized c2 quantum energy of vacuum, volume space, space-time and a sharing source of the tremendous E = mc2 energy release of an atom undergoing nuclear fission or fusion.  Incidentally, on the evening of 10-31-2020, I saw a do-it-yourself science post with two vertically juxtaposed pie charts comparing the sizes of the state of matter, primarily dark matter, of the universe 13.7-billion years ago ((in a 13.82-billion-year-old universe)) versus currently, which reflected that the [primarily dark] matter content of the universe had shrunken greatly across this time frame, implying and making available the hypothesis, if the source of the pie charts is credible and the representations of the pie charts are true, that the decay or entropy of [largely dark] matter and its conversion to mc2 may have increased and may be [contributing significantly to] increasing the energy stock of the universe relative to that of matter and that this process may be fueling the faster-than-light-speed [intergalactic] space, space-time expansion of the universe.)

Practical [Personal] Hypotheses in Explanation of Instantanteity of Complementarity of Quantum State Changes Between Quantumly Entangled Quantum Particles

1.  C2 and mc2 (of Albert Einstein's equation on the equivalency of energy and mass, E=mc2) superluminal speed, if actualities, accessed by quantum behavioral states of quantumly entangled quantum particles.  It would take c2 2.8234672221 minutes to travel one light-year (5,878,625,373,183.6 miles or 9,460,730,472,580.8 kilometers ) or 11.293868888 minutes to travel 4.22 light-years, the latter to the closest star-planetary system Proxima Centauri.  This energy-speed would convey to the sci-tech of our species broadly locally apparent instantaneity of complementarity in change of quantum states between the entangled particles.

2.  Extreme energy-velocity extradimensional regimes to the normal 3-dimensional, 4-dimensional volume space-time of the universe accessed by the quantum behavioral states of quantumly entangled quantum particles.  This would convey to our sci-tech universe-wide apparent instantaneity of complementarity in change of quantum states between the entangled particles.

Considerations of mine, a non-medical person: Wrapping/bundling cannabis leaf in facial tissue, that is secured as closed with Scotch tape. similar tape, or one or more rubber bands, and regularly nasally or orally deeply inhaling from it and then exhaling may be therapeutic for the respiratory system in preventing the COVID-19 virus from shutting down the lungs and respiratory system that thereby causes death for a so susceptible COVID-19 infected person. Vapo rub regularly rubbed into the throat area and chest areas over the lungs as well as so coating the nostrils of the nose with vapo-rub covered cotton balls, coinciding with the initial or early appearance of COVID-19, or cold or flu, symptoms, may be as beneficial or more beneficial. Ideally, if advisable by one's personal physician, one might do all three. Consult your personal physician on the wisdom and advisability on doing these three things or any one of them to contend with the COVID-19 pandemic or one's personal symptoms of it.

It is normally safe and helpful to do daily light physical and mental exercise, even if only to take a stroll or rhythmically move or dance to music or exercise while lying down or in bed or while sitting in a chair, to visit the garden, a park or other green space and deep breathing there in the midst of plants, to drink a hot or cold cup of organic green tea or pure organic juices with their pulp (not reconstituted juice and not with any additives of any kind, including vitamins, etc), to eat meals with lots of [cooked] fresh vegetables and a fresh, raw fruit with each meal, to adequately toilet and blow (cleanout) one's nose and get at least 7 hours of sleep daily, as well as practice good daily oral and general bodily hygiene and good home and public sanitation.

If one is seriously stricken by COVID-19 and has impaired breathing, in addition to doing all of the foregoing if approved by an appropriate medical doctor, MD, one might also nevertheless cough out and spit out vigorously as frequently and much as one feels necessary obstructive and discomforting mucous and/or blood, etc., build-up in one’s respiratory tract or system -- and at a minimum water-splash the sink clean with liquid hand soap after each cough-spitting bout.

*There have been medical efficacy studies done on vitamin C that discrepantly have found it to be medically beneficial and to have no medical effect, positive or negative, with the latter reportedly having been the consistent finding in most recent such studies. The indicated consensus of all of these studies is that medically acceptable significant doses of vitamin C could have at least a positive effect for treating some people stricken by a flu, cold or related respiratory sickness (a clinically commonly believed "placebo effect," which is a therapeutic effect based on a [positively motivated or determined] state of mind or emotions influencing bodily functionality) but not an adverse treatment effect, meaning it would not worsen such an ill-health condition. A placebo effect is the opposite of a psychosomatic ill-health condition. A placebo effect is a positive psychogenic effect improving the functionality of the body whereas a psychosomatic condition or effect is a negative psychogenic effect impairing the functionality of the body, in which each type of effect auto-hypnotically mobilizes the body's biological machinery respectively toward improved versus degraded psycho-physical functioning. However, the recent no-significant-effect findings of discrepant findings among the whole of these vitamin C studies could be by-chance streak-outcomes, or by-chance streak-findings, resulting from certain blood-types subjects in both the experimental and control groups test-compared having not been screened for or systematically pre-identified in any of the studies (thus not permitting them, the different blood type subgroups, to be examined as diagnostic-study subgroups within the main vitamin C study). This potential experimental study oversight or shortcoming, or both, may by chance have been associated with a particular blood subgroup of subjects having overwhelmingly dominated both comparison groups in the recent medical efficacy studies on vitamin C, in which case it could be that people of certain significantly underrepresented blood types in the studies may really scientifically, directly biologically, benefit from particular therapeutically optimal doses of vitamin C, apart from being amenable or susceptible to a psychogenic, auto-hypnotic placebo effect. By the way, it is questionable that the placebo effect can be a delusional effect or a delusion if it has a real and enduring or permanent ameliorative or curative effect on actual bodily sickness or ill-health.

Proposition [Proposing] that Energy-Event Action-Reaction Cause-and-Effect Dynamics Fueled, Initiated (Engendered) and Powered the Cosmogenic Big-bang of Our Universe, Ostensibly an Actional Energy Event

Upon awaking from a long, deep sleep (18.5 hours), the morning of Monday, 01-13-2020, in which I had numerous ridiculous dreams, I had a cosmological insight approaching a solution, to my thinking, to the debate among physicists as to whether or not the big-bang origin of the universe -- a scientific fact, as opposed to a theory, affirmed by the cosmic microwave background radiation (CMB), also known as the fossil-light afterglow redshift of the big-bang (explosion, combustion, eruption, blast, inflation, burgeoning...) emergence of the (our) universe, as well as by the telescopically-observed ever-expanding space overall between the galaxies and size of the universe -- theoretically occurred spontaneously on its own from nothing, a theory supposedly supported by the mathematics of the singularity space-time-mass state of the big bang and black holes and the black-wall cosmological horizon of the big bang, ruling out the presence of action-reaction cause-and-effect dynamics. My insight was in the question: Was the big bang an action, was it actional? And my answer was yes, with certainty, the "big-bang origin (or 'inception')" of our universe, as a process [of nature], from its fundamental state of being a space-time-mass singularity had to be actional and action. It was an energy-driven actional, action event, in which action (any dynamism, such as motion, movement, activity, vibration, friction, force, thrust, tension, inward or outward pressure, etc.) is intrinsically a characteristic of and integral to energy (as well as to dynamical time, where time is the from-to ongoing state of existence, or state of being, of something or somethingness and its rate/speed and length of duration ((also subsuming change, progression, increase, decrease, entropy, transit and transpiration)), which may be finite, indefinite or infinite) and energy is intrinsically actional and an action event. (Dynamical time = distance or length divided by the rate/speed of transit or transpiration, or an equivalent of the latter, wherein the structures of time are its stasis-versus-dynamical state, its object or event rate or speed of transit or transpiration across distance, and ultimately its length or duration.)  So action necessarily had to be and deductively one can rationally conclude that it therefore was present from the very beginning for the emergence of our universe. Thus, there had to be a proportional action-reaction cause-and-effect fuel and trigger to power the big bang and its ultimate output and expression, and the singularity (a virtually infinitely dense and intense ((compressed and pressurized)) infinitesimal or extremely small, compact mass) had to be somewhere, in an environment, a context, a greater space-time.  In this state of affairs, the cosmogenic big-bang evolutionary event of the (our) universe was the apparent subsequent actional event (the reaction action) and the actional energy-fuel source for the production of the cosmogenic big-bang event was its apparent antecedent initiating actional event (the causal action for the reaction action).

I have always been of the mind that the big-bang origin of our universe required a context for the presence of its singularity, and a powering fuel (really physicist's Brian Greene's explication), trigger and proportional action-reaction cause-and-effect dynamics for its production. Maybe the mathematics of our species' ruling out cause-and-effect at work as the impetus for the big-bang origin of our universe are insufficient and maybe more advanced mathematics may affirm and explain cause-and-effect for singularities. (By the way, fundamentally what are black holes and their singularities? They are extreme, pure gravity-energy regions and wells of space-time that consume all energy and matter that fall into them or that they capture and they compress and convert that other energy and matter into the pure gravity that constitutes them.  Gravity and antigravity, or theoretical gravitons and antigravitons, may be bosonic, and the singularities of black holes, which may, as supermassive black holes, contain the energy mass of hundreds of billions of stars or star systems, as measured by the mass of our star the sun, and the singularity of the cosmogenic big-bang actional energy-event may have been of an extreme gravitational nature, like that of black holes, or a such gravitational inversion, or both.)  It may be that our universe is a bubble space-time-mass universe within a greater universe, according to this cosmogenic initiating-action insight and cosmological viewpoint.

Parallel universe and multiverse ideas and conceptualizations from which our universe may have been produced are widely held and tendered propositions among physicists but are critiqued as empirically untestable and unanswerable, unprovable, as either true or false.

The totality of my argument is encapsulated in the empirical logic (deduction) that the origin or nature of the origin of the cosmogenic big bang was, 1., without a doubt and unarguably an action and actional, a crucial element of cause-and-effect dynamics and, 2., that reaction in itself is action, but an opposite action ensuing from a precipitating or impactful action or an interaction, 3., thus both initiating action, or input/impactful action, and precipitated action, or output action (reaction) are basically and inescapably the same thing, action or actions, 4., meaning that [proportional] action-reaction cause-and-effect energy or fuel energy (at a minimum) powering dynamics had to be operative for and at the beginning and all stages of the singularity of and in the cosmogenic big-bang of our universe, despite any mathematics forbidding this. Furthermore, given this deductively actional necessary process and scenario of the cosmogenic big bang, the singularity, necessary fuel energy and trigger for that action and cause-in-effect dynamics had to have a context, an environment, a space-time host.

However, in deference to the mathematics said by celebrity theoretical string physicist Michio Kaku to reflect that cause and effect breakdown and are precluded at the singularities of black holes and the big bang, it may be that the concerned mathematics apply to and negate discrete individual actions within a sequence of multiple actions (such as action, reaction, interaction) rather than apply to and negate action or seeming pure action itself, which for the initiation of the cosmogenic big bang may have been in structure and behavior a bosonic action and reaction (or interaction), in which a boson is a quantum particle that can occupy simultaneously the same space-time as another boson: a physically, in space-time, maximally intimate form of quantum entanglement. The quantum-entanglement of the union and [interactive] synergy or disunion of these two actions, proactive action and reaction action, might deceptively be identified mistakenly by quantitative physicists and cosmologists, or theoretical cosmological physicists, as only, or solely, one action, either a cosmogenic proactive action or cosmogenic reactive action instead of structurally as a unitary simultaneity in space-time of both proactive action and reactive action.  (Incidentally, our astronomy and physics have established that the fundamental generic material of our universe that produces and constitutes all of its phenomena is dark energy ((circa 71.4% of the mass of our universe)), dark matter ((circa 24% of the mass of our universe)) and baryonic matter ((circa 4.6% of the mass of the universe, also called luminous matter)) but make no reference to the possible counterpart of dark energy, which would be luminous energy.  Could hypothetically missing luminous energy be bosonically entangled with dark energy?)  Pointedly, this means that mathematics and evidentiary cosmological theory indicating that the big-bang inception of our universe ensued from a single, autonomous causal action novel to and inconsistent with the otherwise energy-matter action-reaction cause-and-effect determinism universal to and within the state of our macro-universe may just as well as have been determined by (been a determinism of} an energy-event action-reaction unitary simultaneity of two bosonic actions, or multiples of these, occupying and entangled in the same space-time, action-reaction cause-and-effect dynamics that are consistent with natural and universal macro-universe-state cause-and-effect determinism and even the statistical probability dynamics and outcomes of quantum-particle mechanics.  Multiplex-state bosons may explain some weird quantum-particle behavior, such as superposition behavior in which a quantum particle can spin left and right, or up and down, or all, simultaneously.

A bribe is the offer of something of meaningful [or consequential] value by a requesting person or a consensus of persons in exchange for the performance of an illegal, immoral, unethical or otherwise undesirable or unwillful act or acts on the part of another person or group of people solicited to perform the concerned act or acts. A bribe may be implicit or explicit and it may be of a positive or negative nature (with the offer, the promise, being a reward or a punishment (or threat)). The elements of a bribe are, 1., an offer or promise of a reward (affirmative bribe) or punishment (extortion, or extortive bribe) by the bribe maker or bribing agent, 2., a request or solicitation by the bribe maker or bribing agent for the performance of an illegal, unsavory or otherwise unwillful act or acts by, 3., a bribery performance subject (targeted bribery-performance subject). Implied bribes can be made by situational, circumstantial and/or verbal hints, insinuations, body language or expression, events, or credible, intelligible, other connotations (e.g., a drawing, symbol or symbolism) or by such oblique written or vocal remarks.

Unlike a contract, the bribery performance subject does not have to exchange value with the bribe maker or agent or perform the bribe-contingent act or acts in order for there be a legally recognizable or criminal bribe or for there to have been such a bribe. A bribe arises or occurs upon the bribe maker or agent having offered or promised a reward or punishment in exchange or contingent connection with a request or solicitation of the performance of an illegal, unsavory or otherwise unwillful act or acts from the bribery-targeted subject (some would say bribe-targeted "object").

A bribe may also be an offer or promise to not do or say something the bribery subject does not want done or said, and the bribery performance requested by the bribe maker or agent of the bribery subject may be an inaction by the targeted bribery subject.

In addition, a bribe may concurrently entail each a positive incentive (If the bribery subject "does" versus "doesn't do" this, then there's a reward) and a negative incentive (If the bribery subject "does" versus "doesn't do" that, then there's a punishment) for the performance or nonperformance of an act or acts requested by the bribe maker or agent of the bribery subject. Basically, this means if the bribery subject performs a given behavior requested by the bribery maker or agent, then the subject gets a rewards, versus, if the bribery subject does not perform a given behavior performed by the bribe maker or agent, then the bribery subject gets punished -- or vice versa for these concurrent bribery conditions.

Also, a bribe may be made with a disclaimer or disclaimers that it is or was a bribe -- a duplicity (two-faced, figuratively oppositely speaking out of both sides of one's mouth simultaneously) tactic.

The elements of Trump's bribe were Trump's, 1., request of a favor from the newly elected president of Ukraine, in a telephone call between him and Ukraine's new president Volodymyr Zelenskyy after Ukraine's new president mentioned that his government was interested in and/or looking forward to his government's purchase of weapons (already authorized as military aid by both houses of the US Congress for delivery to Ukraine, already under military attack by Russia), with the public announcement by Ukraine's government of the opening of a criminal corruption investigation on US citizen Hunter Biden, an attorney who was formerly a member of the board of directors of the Ukrainian natural-gas company Burisma and the son of former US Vice President Joe Biden, his leading Democratic Party challenger for the US presidency, at the time, in the 2020 US presidential election, 2., the scheduled delivery of the US Congressional aid to Ukraine was delayed by the Trump administration well beyond the delivery date previously established by the Congress and the Trump presidential administration -- and was only delivered when a whistleblower outed the reason for the protracted delay -- to psychologically induce, by the hint of inaction in the delivery of the military aid, the Ukrainian president to comply with Trump's request for the said investigation and its public announcement. Trump was the bribe maker and the new president of Ukraine was the targeted bribery subject and the bribe, 3., was the implied conditional delivery, with the suggested loss of the otherwise expected, but inexplicably much overdue, delivery of the US Congressionally scheduled military aid for Ukraine, under military attack by Russia.

Trump also offered an invitation (conditional) to the president of Ukraine for a visit by him to the White House in the same telephone call, the initial context of the bribe. Other incentives were offered by his administration for the public announcement, including a visit to Ukraine by US Vice President Pence circa to attend the swearing-in ceremony of Volodymyr Zelensky as the newly-elected president of Ukraine. Neither did the new Ukrainian president nor any member of his government perform the favor requested of the new Ukrainian president in their telephone call of concern. Nor did the Trump administration make good on his offers. Nor did Trump in the concerned telephone call request a criminal corruption investigation on or the public announcement of such an investigation on any other US citizen doing business in or involved in a business relationship within Ukraine, although he has remarked publicly circa that he knows of all kinds of US citizens doing business in Ukraine.

Furthermore, it is against federal law for a US citizen to solicit or engage with a foreign government or an agent of a foreign government to interfere in or influence a US government election.

“The GOP questioners in the impeachment inquiry hearings on Trump concerning this bribe-extortion scenario complain that most of the testimony given at the hearings is from hearsay or secondhand sources, yet most of the direct witnesses and relevant documentation have been respectively prohibited and denied by President Trump and his personal attorney, with them invoking presidential executive privilege, from testifying at and being released to the hearings, which they all know, all of the news media know and all of the political news consuming public of the US and most of the nations of the world know. President Trump and some GOP members in both houses of the US Congress also complain that the impeachment inquiry process led by House of Representatives' Democrats has been unfair toward Trump in denying him due process rights in his and his legal representation not being able to confront and challenge the testimony of witnesses testifying against Trump, though they all must know that in any legal or administrative investigation the object of the investigation has no right to confront and challenge witness in the information and evidence gathering phase of a litigation or potential litigation, as any cop or prosecutor will tell you."

Not three discoveries but four strikingly new, last-moment discoveries about Saturn.  In the month of October of 2018 the online science magazines report...

Four key findings about the planet Saturn discovered by the research spacecraft Cassini prior to this spacecraft's end-of-mission ostensible plunge of self-destruction into Saturn (Mouse click on news source links below.):  

It has a totally straight magnetic field, apparently that between its opposite planetary poles, its north and south poles, making Saturn the only planet in our solar system that does not have a tilted, or angled, magnetic field.

It has a field of streaming electrical current surrounding the planet, unlike any other planet in our solar system.

Beneath its closest orbiting ice-dust ring it has a belt of radiation surrounding the planet that is said could not originate from outer space outside of its elaborate 8 to 9 ice and dust rings.

It is being deluged nonstop by ring rain, precipitation of circa 9,920 lb. per second of particulate dust, ice and gas (New Scientist magazine reports: "While the rings are made of mostly water ice, the [gaseous] rain is much more diverse, with ammonia, nitrogen, methane, and even more complex organic particles. This may affect the chemistry of the top layers of Saturn, says Hunter Waite at Southwest Research Institute in Texas." An article by Space.com on the same news points out that the concerned complex chemistry matches the geochemistry of some of Saturn's moons and could not originate directly from Saturn's rings, suggesting that this complex chemistry is being somehow siphoned from Saturn's moons and downpoured nonstop on Saturn (Universe Today reports that Saturn has at least 150 moons and moonlets in total, 62 of which have confirmed orbits and 53 of which have officially been named,

Far-Out Speculation on Planet Saturn in Consideration of the Recent and Past Strange Discoveries About It, Discoveries I Have Previously Posted and Will Post Again in Follow up on This Post.

The above newly discovered features of Saturn could reasonably, but speculatively, be viewed as systems of both established and in-progress planetary terraforming of Saturn by a technologically advanced intelligence geoengineering exospecies to it that has taken up residence on it and is colonizing it as settlers, were it not for the radiation belt surrounding and enclosing the other sky systems, particularly the ring rain process in which the ring rain presumably may have to pass as a downpour through that radiation belt and would become radioactively contaminated in doing so, potentially to the detriment of that exospecies, unless it were immune to radioactivity (radioactivity-related poisoning, injuries, malignancies, etc., and fatal sicknesses). However, the ring rain may be suctioning through as a downpour on Saturn in some way bypassing the radiation belt by entering into Saturn's atmosphere from below Saturn's rings and its radiation belt, a technically imponderable feat, unless the ring rain is anti-radiation protectively treated automatically and systematically as it downpours through the indicatively globally enveloping radiation belt.  But, if technically possible, for serving the purpose of terraforming, it would be best and most efficient procedurally if the above radiation belt were used to sterilize the ring rain of all alien microbes and pathogens and for the underneath electrical current belt to do this doubly with electricity (for instance, shrooms, a black fungus, have been found to live and grow in the melted-down Chernobyl nuclear reactor in Ukraine and feed on its nuclear radiation-contaminated debris, but it may be that they cannot survive electrocution) and, further, to decontaminate the ring rain of its nuclear-radiation contamination.  The means of siphoning of the ring-rain material by the planet Saturn would seem, by common-sense logic of natural mechanics, to result from Saturn's gravitational pull on the natural production of its planetary-moon-system outer-space debris continuously sheared and swept from the 150 or more moons and moonlets of this planetary-moon system by extra-planetary winds from the perpetual rotation of Saturn and whirl around it and its orbiting moons of its orbiting satellite ice-and-dust rings, probably all powerful perpetual, structurally discrete winds in themselves, as well as by the interaction of these extra-planetary and ring winds, including such winds made from Saturn’s orbiting moons and moonlets and their interactive geophysical-gravitational frictions.  Possibly this same phenomenon occurs with the other 3 gas planets of our solar system, all of which have a ring or more and moons, but none with rings as robust as those of Saturn.  

The major news media in the US reported on 12-19-2018 and 12-20-2018, quoting NASA, that the rings of Saturn are gradually shredding by the gravitational pull of Saturn, that their shedded material of water-ice particles and dust and/or rock particles is being absorbed by Saturn and that the rings are calculated to deplete completely in from 100,000,000 to 300,000,000 years (My favorite article on this news was/is in an online posting, containing a video clip on it, by Popular Mechanics Magazine at the click-on hyperlink, https://www.popularmechanics.com/space/solar-system/a25632958/saturns-rings-are-disappearing/https://www.popularmechanics.com/space/solar-system/a25632958/saturns-rings-are-disappearing/ ).  This gravity-milled ring rain, milled by the gravity of Saturn around which its predominately water-ice, but also dust and/or rock, ring material naturally revolves, would make an excellent, for the most part, water resource for [gradually] terraforming the planet Saturn itself with atmospheric and terrestrial hydro systems on its surface and/or subsurface -- and maybe its moon Titan too.  I wonder how much water is in Saturn's rings as quantified in reference to each, firstly, the estimated combined quantity of water in all of the oceans of Earth and, secondly, the estimated total quantity of all of the water and water-ice in the atmosphere and water bodies and waterways, as well as snow and ice venues, on Earth./?  

     As regards Saturn and its moons, the [principle of the] hypothesis of microbe-based panspermia, if fact, generalized to my intellectual bias that complex lifeforms that have achieved comprehensive cognitive and technological superability as a species could spread their species celestially, may apply, somewhat similarly, but by intention, to how microbes hypothetically may spread their species to other astrophysical bodies in a solar system, galaxies or in the universe:  by the survival, adaption and reproduction upon the touchdown of the physically and functionally well or best suited of their species' progeny on or in their biologically compatible, new worldly environments.  A same microbe survival species would adapt and evolve on each of its new compatible, host worlds in response to that individual world's environmental and niche-fit or niche-opportunity, for it, contingencies (including predator-and-prey relationships and competition and health-benefits or supports versus risks contingencies), with different compatible alien worlds having different degrees of correspondence to its ancestral worldly environment of origin and thus with different degrees of compatibility for its homesteading of different environmentally compatible, for it, alien worlds.  On the contrary, same microbe species that would touchdown on or in other, new worlds biologically incompatible with them would perish on or in those worlds or spore, or physically deactivate through some other dormancy self-preservation defense, in a state of suspended animation or dormancy (a dormancy defense not known to be applicable longterm to complex lifeforms that hibernate or estivate) on or in those other worlds.  The difference between microbe panspermia species and complex, superintelligence panspermia species would be that the spacefaring complex, superintelligence panspermia species technologically would explore, or scout out for, planets and moons they are biologically compatible with and that are, and preferably for their resident solar systems too, sustenance and resource-rich for sustaining their survival long term, worlds they could adapt to, as well as adapt to themselves, and colonize, but other compatible worlds not inhabited by problematical other advanced species.  For instance, were advanced sci-tech, spacefaring human societies able telescopically to vividly detect Earth-like planets and moons and send astronauts by spaceships to other nearby so-endowed solar-planetary systems in days to 6 months, or even within 20 years for young astronauts in an induced comatose hibernating state, but with their neuromuscular system under continuous subliminal electrical and vibratory stimulation and likewise brain-stimulation and learning, in a life-maintenance facility onboard, those advanced sci-tech, spacefaring human societies probably would send reconnaissance spacecraft missions to those solar-planetary systems to verify their habitability and settlement-support resources for humans, as well as their absence of technologically achieved, potentially cognitively competitor species, and some most probably would promptly send follow-up settlement missions of building-trades, industrial, bio, medical and all-variety of sci-tech skills teams of psychologically and physically healthy, [interpersonally] ethical and harmoniously married humans to those planets or moons confirmed to be already environmentally and ecologically amenable to and not posing an alien-intelligence issue or threat to human settlement.  

     With genetic editing available to technologically advanced human societies, in its applied combination with in-vitro-fertilization and cryopreservation of human fertilized eggs, of mentally, including sensory, and physically optimally healthy and fit parentage, these human eggs, for long-time, long-distance flights to other worlds readily suitable for human habitation, may, in time, be programmed in large measure or entirely, by genetic-editing for them to have artificial instinct, the latter including preprogrammed, learning-free [automatic] language while retaining [enhanced] natural language learning ability, to accelerate them in their human development and for the offspring to virtually autonomously harness and navigate their developmentally predetermined patch of survivally supportive and friendly environment, on those distant worlds, through their lifecycles, including reproduction, as humans, in part using the spaceships as a shelter and communal home, as well as an inter-human society electronic-transmitter and messaging transmissions communications center.  Artificial intelligence robots, programmed with a totality sci-tech and intellectual-literacy library and self-updatable through experience, learning and electronic transmissions from authorized space-agency functions of Earth or their off-planet delegates, would be the sole or primary custodians, parents, care providers, teachers, protectors and foragers-providers of at least the first generation of these children.  The IA robots would be equipped with whole-body calibratable taser-output capability, that would be used for repelling dangerous organisms or animals, tiny to large, as well as when necessary or when hunting or fishing, to slay food animals for feeding the children.  They would have extreme superhuman intelligence and would be able to extract, mine, harvest, engineer and farm environments, make, build, repair and remodel tools, equipment, machinery, production industry and operations, consumer products and other robots, etc., as well as self repair and remodel.  

Otherwise, 1)., the streaming electrical current, electricity, belt surrounding the planet Saturn from below the radiation belt speculatively could be an all-purpose utilities electrical energy and electronics/ telecommunications grid and system; 2)., the radiation belt above it speculatively could be a military defense radiation wall against potential invaders, including alien microbes and pathogens, of its colony planet as well as a novel type, to human nuclear engineers, of [a nuclear-engineering] aerial, atmospheric nuclear-power-plant system that generates electricity, analogous to the electrical product of a human-made nuclear-energy power plant for generating electricity; 3)., the particulate downpour of almost 5 tons of geochemical substances or matter per second speculatively could be for the material terraforming of habitation zones (like the circa18,000-mile in-diameter, in all directions, stationary and fixed-in-shape hexagon cloud formation above Saturn's north pole, with perhaps a hidden to our observation and detection north-pole with an ice-covered continent and subsurface ocean below it), with industrialization, of the giant gas planet Saturn, the second largest planet in the solar system, as well as for producing its life-sustaining consumption production; 4)., and the planet's straight, untilted magnetic field might, if artificially modified to be that way, have a technological advantage to the survival and/or productivity of the settler exospecies, such as maybe optimizing the gravity and gravitational effects, over those natural to Saturn, on and for the exospecies and its constructions, vehicles and air and space craft, and/or for optimizing this exospecies' ability to biologically navigate its newly settled planet, if it is biologically, or bio-evolutionarily, a migratory swarm, flock, school, herd or other species of animal or organism that is able to globally navigate instinctively or intuitively by means of an interaction between the magnetite in its individuals’ brains, etc., and the planet's magnetic-field north and south poles.

The Correlation in Time Frame, by Circa a Month, and Unique Incidence [of Occurrence] Between the Plutonium Nuclear-Powered Research Spacecraft Cassini's End-of-Mission Plunge into the Planet Saturn on September 15, 2017 and the Conspicuous Appearance on October 19, 2017 of the Oumuamua Outer-Space Object, Appraised To Be an Interstellar Outer-Space Object by Earth Space Scientists, a First Time Sighted Interstellar Outer-Space Object in Our Solar System, Traveling Gravitationally Unbound to Our Solar System and at Speeds and in a Speed and Transiting Pattern -- a Rationally Structured Travel Pattern and Directionality of from our Star, the Sun, Outwardly therefrom Across the Elliptical [Solar-System Disk] Plane of the Solar System and Line of All of Its Celestial Regions of Planets and Asteroid Belts, the Kuiper Belt and Oort Cloud, to Interstellar Space at the Backend, Opposite the Sun -- Violating the Laws of Celestial Mechanics of Our Solar System for the Natural Travel of an Astrophysical or Celestial Object

It is easy for a highly imaginative mind to surmise that the nuclear fuel or waste of the Cassini spacecraft may have been recycled from the crashing or crashed but possibly intercepted, retrieved and salvaged Cassini spacecraft, possibly also itself recycled for its useful parts and materials, to refuel, and maybe repair, a nuclear-fuel spent, and maybe until then disabled, basically nuclear-powered Oumuamua exospecies-made robotic reconnaissance spacecraft, an outer-space rocket, enabling it, once refueled, or repaired and refueled, to resume its mission of mapping our solar system in its entirety and returning thereafter to its mother planet, such as in the Alpha Centauri and Alpha Proxima triple-star system, the closest solar system/s neighbor/s to ours, approximately 4.2-plus lightyears away, although its flight course within our solar system is in the direction of the star constellation Pegasus. Or the NASA-ESA-ISA-junked and perhaps ETI-exospecies captured Cassini spacecraft and the remains of its plutonium fuel may have been recycled entirely for the engineering and building of an entirely, from start to finished, new Oumuamua outer-space traveling object (spacecraft) routed from Saturn to the vicinity of our Sun via the outer space between these two celestial bodies outside of the orbital elliptical disk plane of our helio-centered solar system. Consistent with this lively vein of thought, one could imagine that Oumuamua exited out of our solar-system disk plane, days after Cassini's September 15, 2017 end-of-mission crash into Saturn, from the vicinity of Saturn and reentered the solar-system disk plane on circa October 19, 2017, when it was initially seen, then seen, by the University of Hawaii’s Pan-STARRIS1 telescope, in the vicinity of the Sun, likely with proof-knowledge on the part of that exospecies of our species' presence, the source and makers of the Cassini spacecraft that surveilled their (referring to the exospecies occupying Saturn and its special moon Titan) planetary-moon system for 13 years, a spacecraft that ultimately crashed into their presumptive colony-planet Saturn.

(By the way, our astronomy has observed that Oumuamua can drastically change its speed and can at least cruise within our solar-system disk plane at a speed of 98,400 miles per hour ((compared to the fastest nongravitational-assisted and autonomous flight or cruising speed of 36,373 miles per hour for a human-made spacecraft)), maybe slow enough for its assaying and mapping technology to deep-image and map our solar system. However, it was also tracked by space telescopes as traveling at each 59,000 and 85,700-miles per hour, respectively, apparently when or after it was first observed in our solar system and, subsequently, after it looped around or veered outward-bound from our sun.  Its spinning and tumbling motions might also aid in doing the same ((like an in-flight geophysical object-and-environment observing and homing 3-D deep-sensing, deep-imaging advanced X-ray, MRI, spectrometer, radar, etc., system), and/or it might be the aircraft flight engineering of a species that is bio-evolutionary, as a physical species, a flying or swimming, or both, species with a different cognitive conceptualization mindset of engineering flight capabilities, purposes and possibilities than our species -- the systematic forward tumbling motion of Oumuamua may be roughly analogous to a whirling and alternate left-stroke-to-right-stroke, or vice-versa, swimming motion pattern, that, if intelligently engineered, might have some vehicle propulsion or spectrophotography, or both, benefit unimagined by flight and sensor-device/machinery engineers of our species.  Most interestingly regarding its such spacecraft flight, if it took circa one month for its spacecraft to travel from Saturn to the vicinity of our sun through outer space beyond our solar-system disk plane, how fast would its spacecraft, Oumuamua, have traveled in outer space beyond, outside of, but parallel to our solar-system disk plane to get to the sun in that time frame (circa more than 3,055,555.55 miles per hour: 30 days x 24 hours = 720 hours in travel time from Saturn to our Sun; 2,200,000,000 miles in Oumuamua travel distance from Saturn and to the Sun divided by 720 hours of travel time = 3,055,555.55… miles per hour, allowing some days, in our time, for the recycling of the spent and residual plutonium nuclear fuel from the Cassini spacecraft salvaged by the exospecies settlers of Saturn to repair and nuclear-fuel refuel their Oumuamua robot reconnaissance space rocket before launching it))? Our knowledge of this travel time would better inform our space scientists of the higher or highest spacecraft speed of which the aerospace engineering of this exospecies is capable, compared to the circa six years it took for the human-made Cassini spacecraft to reach Saturn and its moons system, at a distance away of circa 2.2 billion miles. Maybe for its technology and infrastructure energy needs, this species is a nuclear-power use and expert species, maybe expert at cold-fusion nuclear-energy generation as well as electricity generation from cold-fusion nuclear energy.  And, maybe nuclear-fuel raw materials are what, in these creatures' space travels and interplanetary settlements, is most essential and valuable to them, apart from their settlements. Obviously, as settlers of Saturn and Titan, these exospecies creatures would be hypothermal-environment extremophiles attracted to and compatible with environments of extremely-cold thickly-gaseous atmospheres and extremely cold, wet and viscous hydrocarbon hydrologies and frozen hydrocarbon and water-ice landscapes, and because of this it is highly likely that they would have no interest in the celestial bodies from perhaps the asteroid belt, or, for sure, from Earth, to Mercury, nor would they have an interest in our species other than that of a distant, electronic-communications relationship with our sci-tech community, of mutual curiosity and knowledge exchange and of their obtaining supplies of nuclear-fuel raw materials and maybe industrial-use metals, from the asteroids and rocky planets, from our species and the extraction labor of them by our species for their species, one would think. To test this hypothesis we can deliver a small spacecraft with a back-to-Earth electronic-transmitter interfaced with video cameras and sound sensors there with a secured cargo of plutonium, able to descend, hover and ascend in Saturn's atmosphere, helicopter-like, figuratively like fishing bait, to remotely monitor and record what happens, and if necessary, to move it around to various locations to flexibly test for a response. Incidentally, also, like our surveillance aircraft and technology have, the spacecraft of this species may have encryption and signal detection and jamming, and anti-jamming, protection capabilities for its technology and information systems. We have to assume that this species has advanced radar, etc., detection and reading systems, of electronic/electromagnetic signals, energy and matter sources and resources, that will track and deep image the craft and its cargo.  Our species must not demonize, be superstitious about, demagog and scapegoat this or these exospecies as the cause of individual and collective human criminal, psychological, social and political pathologies or for adverse biological, geophysical and meteorological ((climatic and weather)) events or conditions on Earth or having to do with Earth, its surroundings and humans.  What if they are sci-tech supercognitively advanced penguins with flight wings, and retractable bat-like arms and task-performance hands and fingers that can discretionarily attach to or detach from their large wings, species or a species that can swim, bipedally ambulate and fly, talk ((for instance, at least ten bird species can learn to talk and understand human language to a limited extent)) and make and build all manner of things?  However, a so cognitively highly evolved and capable communal, worker insect species would have the best chance, cooperatively, behaviorally and reproductively over generations, of surviving, as a species, ETI interstellar space travel and colonization if its spacecraft were sufficiently large and could travel at a significant fraction of the speed of light.  On Earth, there are some Arctic and Antarctic insect species whose biochemistry protects them from freezing and enables them to survive in those harshly cold environments.)

The Body (architectural) Dimensions and Aerodynamics of the Multiply-Defined Oumuamua Outer-Space Object

Oumuamua has a 1 to 10 ratio in width to length of a body calculated to be between circa 120-feet wide to 1,200-feet long and 130-feet wide by 1,300-feet long, dimensions that some astrophysicists and/or geophysicists, etc., said at the time of the initial news coverage on Oumuamua were, to the effect, astronomically improbable for a natural geophysical object.  Initial compositional assessments of Oumuamua reported that it contained lots of metal, an assessment that was never retracted or restated.  There are discrepant black-and-white photo-like pictures of Oumuamua shown in the information and news media, the most common being of a rocky cigar-like shape and the second most common being of a rocky elongated board shape, because these are artist conceptual renditions of Oumuamua, with an acknowledgment of this in a/the lower [right] corner of the image; they are not photos of the radio-telescopic image of Oumuamua, apparently, since it is not in circulation and any image of it may be based on and extrapolated from all mathematical and spectroscopic data, telemetry, collected on Oumuamua by radio telescope.  It was initially debated to be a comet or an asteroid, but finally was officially classified to be an asteroid composed of rock and possibly metal/s, with no ice or water content, https://solarsystem.nasa.gov/small-bodies/comets/oumuamua/in-depth/. 

(Incidentally, since humans can fabricate synthetic stone or masonry, such as ceramics, brick, tile, marble, concrete and gemstones, etc., a sci-tech cognitively more advanced exospecies than the human species undoubtedly would be able to do these and more for industrial and technology application purposes, like fabricating atomically-dense, breakage and trauma resistant and resilient, and optimally thick, anti-radiation sheathing for the body, including over an underlying metal body, of its spacecraft.) The body length of Oumuamua rotates every 8.1 hours and tumbles, or somersaults or flip-flops, continuously forward in an alternating right to left side angle, or vice versa, roughly analogous to a form of swimming, yet it maintains and cruises its rational directionality and evident flight course, perhaps as though it possesses a gyroscope to do this. Superficially, the long cigar-shaped Oumuamua outer-space object, argued to be an asteroid or comet, looks like and has the dimensions of a spacecraft whose surface was thoroughly battered by lots of space debris and became covered by a crust of stick-on accumulated debris from outer space, while transiting at extreme speed, in its interstellar journey.

*****As of 10-31-2018, new science journalism was posted online on Oumuamua citing esteemed astrophysical institutions and scientists scientifically weighing the evidence as to whether Oumuamua is a natural astrophysical versus an artificial outer-space flight object, concluding that there is more flawed evidentiary support for it being a comet or asteroid than there is flawed evidence for it being an extra-solar spacecraft probe in significant part propelled by a solar-sail body surface that uses solar radiation pressure (in my opinion, ubiquitous galactic cosmic-ray radiation, too) as a propulsive fuel.  The scientists say that although radio-telescopic observations and analyses of the object detected no [water or ice based] outgassing as expected of a comet during its circling of the Sun and in its undergoing [abrupt] significant increases in speed, a spectral analysis of the object detected that it was icy [apparently referring to its very cold temperature and not to any water or ice content associated it, which were previously officially determined not to be present in Oumuamua] and that it was an object that was very dense in mass, consistent with it being composed of rock and metal.  They say that if [undetected] outgassing were the cause of Oumuamua's accelerations the outgassing would have changed, as is normal for an icy astrophysical body, such as a comet, its spin, apparently meaning it would have significantly changed the speed, either upwardly (quickening it) or downwardly (slowing it), of the lateral spin, sideways spin-around, of the length of its body and possibly have changed the left-to-right or right-to-left direction of the spin as well as the angles of its left-to-right, or vice-versa, forward tumbling motions, which all observational data report never occurred and report no detected signs of [any] outgassing.  Moreover, unlike the other astrophysical bodies and objects of our, orbiting in our, solar system, our astronomy in consensus has determined that Oumuamua is gravitationally unbound in or to our solar system.  Engaget Magazine reported in an online news posting on 11-18-2018 that Oumuamua at this time is approximately at the solar-system distance as Saturn and now has a surface reflectivity approximately 10 times brighter than comets [heretofore observed orbiting in our solar system], whose information source is identified as NASA, https://www.engadget.com/2018/11/18/oumuamua-size-and-reflection-findings/.  It and the European Space Agency (ESA), independently of one another, have proposed that outgassing -- although it is admitted by all authoritative space information sources, including them, that there is no astronomically observed evidence of outgassing from Oumuamua -- could account, respectively, for the dramatic increases in the reflectivity of the surface of its body, according to Engaget Magazine, and transiting speed, according to ESA, https://phys.org/news/2018-11-evidence-aliens-oumuamua-visitor-space.html?fbclid=IwAR3GYQX9aOiiOaND8Y3vN8qXcnpLFZmPSw1yccf0GwXtcXpZ-0cgmDDlMlU#jCp, https://www.nature.com/articles/s41586-018-0254-4.   

(By the way, contrary to the statement by some news sources and science communicators in social media that Oumuamua has left the ((our)) solar system, it has left the inner, rocky-planet, region of the solar system, from the Sun to the first asteroid belt, and has traveled circa 1/4th of the entire solar as of 11-18-2018, wherein it was projected in late October of 2017, based on its then latest measured high speed of travel, to take circa 4 years to complete its journey through the solar system and thereupon to enter interstellar outer space.)  

The rival hypothesis to the unevidenced outgassing hypothesis of cause for these would be that Oumuamua is fuel driven by each an internal source, like advanced nuclear powering, and external source, such as solar radiation pressure now continuously directly showering down on its uncovered, naked solar-sail surface (Since the US military has solar-powered devices that operate under the reflective light of the moon, a sci-tech more advanced ETI-made advanced solar-sail spacecraft would be able to do the same from not only the Sun, while traveling along a course to receive the Sun's unobstructed, continuous solar radiation, but it could solar-radiation fuel from any astrophysical body along its flight route in a light reflective state or phase relative to it and possibly by omnipresent starlight in deep, very-dark outer space within and beyond our solar system.), indicated by its extraordinary, perhaps light-energy (spectrum-electromagnetic-energy) super-sensitive, newly acquired, to our radio telescopes, surface reflectivity while traveling, by weird and surreal coincidence, in the near or same solar-system latitude, or even latitude-and-longitude bracket, in the mapping coordinates grid of our solar system, as the Saturn-and-its-moons system, perhaps implying that the debris covering the surface of Oumuamua was a manufactured self-dissolving or self-reversible protective body-surface covering and shielding of its innards from close proximity to the Sun while it was in the inner solar system and/or a camouflage to feign it being an astrophysical-object with an awareness of its sender exospecies of our species as being a technologically intelligent species with astronomy and spaceflight capabilities.  This in gist is to tender for serious consideration that Oumuamua may be hybrid engine and fuel driven, and be able to alternate between these different propulsion systems as needed and most effectively efficient for overall [maximal energy propulsion force capability and] energy-to-speed ratio use and sufficiency, supporting the Harvard University astrophysics solar-sail spacecraft hypothesis for Oumuamua.  Its very cold, or icy, temperature, in the absence of [evidence of] water or ice in it, could perhaps be the product of a cold-fusion nuclear device, in that for a cognitively and technologically more advanced exospecies that is an extreme-cold-environment dweller it may be the case that cold-fusion nuclear power might be obtained by that species from "ultra-cold" atomic and/or nuclear power "thermodynamics" and such powering energy (ultra-cold thermodynamics energy generation and energy dynamics), like those observed on the moon Titan, that may be internal to Oumuamua for its temperature control and the powering of its technology, etc., as well as present in its internally driven self-propulsion, wherein nuclear cold-fusion is a technology that is theoretically feasible to human knowledge but that has so far eluded human nuclear-engineering ingenuity in provably making it, anywhere across the planet.  However, a new date, 09-09-2017, is reported in the concerned news piece as the date Oumuamua was circling our Sun, although it was officially first detected by the Hawaiian radio telescope Pan STARRS-I on 10-19-2017, according to the official record, reported by NASA, initially, and other space-science online news and information sites, of its first detection, at the time of or within days after the announcement of its discovery on 10-19-2017.  This newly introduced date would obviate that Oumuamua came from or logically could have come from the planet Saturn and its moon Titan duo following the end-of-mission disposal of the plutonium-fuel nuclear-powered Cassini orbiter spacecraft (which research surveilled the Saturn-moon community system for more than a decade) on 09-15-2017 into the upper, outer atmosphere of planet Saturn, where it reportedly was calculated and presumed to have incinerated.  The best informational video on Oumuamua per se, which is solely factual and without comment on the subject as to whether or not it is a comet or asteroid versus an alien spacecraft, is that of Dr. Karen Meech, an astrobiologist, of the University of Hawaii, whose presentation identifies the date of discovery of Oumuamua while it circled the Sun as 10-19-2017, although she also states that its presence was indicated in the telescopic data of the day before, 10-18-2017, an attribution to her that can be verified by mouse clicking on the video link at https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=2HBgsiOGOwI .

The Harvard University astrophysics analysis may make an inadvertent major, perhaps additional, explanation for the systematic tumbling-forward traveling motion of Oumuamua from back to front and left to right, or vice versa, and of its length's sideways spinning:  for continuous maximal exposure of all of its body surface to the sunlight showering on it from behind it, and for the capture of sunlight, or solar radiation, behind it in its indicated aimed, purposeful and predictable journey from the center-front to the backend of our solar system.  If this is so, its solar-sail sheathing, would seem to be a skin or solar-cell skin indeed, like an artificial [synthetic-biology] tissue of solar-capture skin cells, all aerodynamically flight-manner programmed to feed essentially equally and continuously for their individual and interconnected, their synthetic-skin-tissue, health on direct sunlight and/or starlight as well as indirect sunlight and/or starlight, maybe a synthetic or artificial biology plant process of artificial photosynthesis and possibly internal chemical/chemistry converted to "refrigeration" production and maintenance, with anti-escape control, preventing stimulus-response uncontrolled escape of these into the external environment, such as in natural outgassing -- the point of this for a robot spacecraft might be to keep its nuclear power source, however small in size as opposed to its energy or calorie output capacity, thickly encased in cold, etc., as well as to build up and use pressure itself within the craft as an internal power source over the course of a potentially or virtually perpetual flight.  (This kind of photosynthesis and internal refrigeration might be useful for preserving and cyclically breeding benign microbes and plankton for also producing fuel energy and seeding life in extraterrestrial terraforming projects.)  Will Oumuamua's surface reflectivity increase further in stages as it travels much farther from the Sun to increase its maybe increasingly needed light or solar-energy and capture sensitivity, possibly for some reason not obvious to our species making it additionally a flashlight spacecraft in deep solar-system space far away from the Sun or solar-system star?  Solar energy refers to direct or indirect light and thermo energy originating from the Sun or stars.  In an event where fact is stranger than fiction in which we as a species have come into contact with a far more sci-tech advanced species than the sci-tech community of our species, might a more advanced ETI exospecies be able to engineer a spacecraft to look like and much mimic the behavior of an astrophysical object as a disguise to conduct reconnaissance in an alien solar system, maybe a such spacecraft that can tactically grow and shed brush or debris (somewhat analogous to pet Chia plants -- Chia pet plant examples, https://chia.com/) on and from the surface and modulate the solar-sail reflectivity and solar-radiation sensitivity of the surface of its body?  If our species can come up with such an Earth plant functional for human fun on Earth, a cognitively-technologically more advanced exospecies would be able to innovate a better and more versatile one, one that might be able to grow on and shed from the surface of certain of its outer-space vehicles.

While I was listening to the second of these two audio(-video) interviews, it occurred in my thinking that if Oumuamua is an ETI-originated solar-sail reconnaissance spacecraft camouflaged to have the appearance of a comet or asteroid or having acquired such an appearance from battering by and the accumulation of stick-on space debris on its surface during its interstellar journey to our solar system, that its cognitively and technologically more advanced ETI technology in being more advanced than that of our species may already have long developed and have greatly advanced, super-powerful and strong, tiny and lightest-weight nano materials and structural and component engineering technology for its instrumentation onboard Oumuamua, in which high-density-packed nanotech light-cells, or solar-cells, might web and pervade the sheathing of the surface of Oumuamua, with its nano-tech making up all of its instrumentation, including its engine systems and electronics. This, in addition to its presupposed more advanced probable encryption and jamming and anti-jamming capabilities for the protection of these from electronic or other signal interdiction and attacks from potential threats or interlopers, would explain how the radio telescopes of human astronomy that can detect far-off electronic or electromagnetic signal emissions at the level of a cell phone cannot and could not detect those of the highly advanced nano technology and engineering of a cognitively and technologically more advanced species.  In such a situation, our sci-tech would be operating on entirely different communications, fuel-energy and propulsion-engines systems and paradigms, with their signal, etc., technology able to access ours but with ours unable to access theirs.  The technologically most progressive sci-tech research-and-development oriented institutions and companies of humanity are currently working on and developing the beginnings of a host of nanotechnologies.  This proposed atomic and nano-scale paradigm difference between their species and our species in fuel-powering, elctronics, computer and telecommunications technologies would explain a hypothetical exospecies'  need for our signal and telecommunications transmitters:  because, although they would be able to access our broadcasts and telecommunications with their signal technology, our primitive transmitters likely would not be able to interface in signal dialog with theirs (communications-systems dialog signal incompatibility), but with their possession of our transmitters, if, as relative newcomers to our solar system and colonists of Saturn and its moon Titan, they did not possess the materials to make our transmitters, they would be able to engage in signal dialog and broadcasts with high intelligence sci-tech expert members of our species, allowing these different relatively cognitively and technologically advanced species to teach and learn from capable representatives of one another's speices' languages, written and spoken, including mathematics, all academics, sci-tech, ecology and societies and sociologies, etc.  Our different electronic and radio-wave communications systems would likely not two-way interface because they would be tailored to each of our different species' different primary sensory modalities and their ranges of perception sensitivities, sensory-perception  differences between our different species we would need to study, learn and understand in order for both of our species to bridge the differences relative to our different primary sensory modalities, in order for our different species to effectively and best communicate with one another -- i.e., bees can see ultraviolet, our species cannot; Hymenoptera use their antennae to feel, smell and taste and maybe for other purposes, whereas our species has no antennae and these functions in the bodies of our species are performed by largely separate sensory systems; dogs see in black and white and have smelling and hearing ranges far beyond those of our species; and within our own species, females on the average have color perception exceeding the average for males.

Time will tell with definitive clarity what the facts are with this whole scenario having to do with each and both the planet Saturn and its unique moon Titan, and Oumuamua and whether or not there is a relationship between them and secrecy involving such a relationship.  Outer-space exploration and all-around human curiosity about the other worlds beyond our Earth are multinational interests and endeavors now of 5 participating spacefaring-competent nations (USA, Japan, India, China and Russia) and 1 participating spacefaring-competent continent (the European Union via ESA-ISA, the European Space Agency & Italian Space Agency), with new nations undertaking to join, which will inevitably unmask any secret knowledge and deal ings within 80 years from now, for sure.  

Incidentally, there is an abundance of other clues suggesting that there may be an other-worldly superintelligent lifeform, species, operating on Saturn that biologically is adapted or endemic to residing and surviving in an extremely cold hydrocarbon gaseous atmospheric or so cocooned planet, Saturn, and/or moon, Titan, that can engineer atmosphere for structural and mechanical use. (While some in our space science community suggest our space agencies try to build a spacecraft to chase after and catch up with and get close-up images and data on Oumuamua it will within three years surpass the distances of these deep outer-space craft and if it is a reconnaissance craft it may image them and their flight paths and signal tag them so they can be monitored and captured for their materials, transmitters and nuclear fuel or recyclable for them nuclear fuel waste; its okay to be mindful and watchful.)  If the hexagon is the product of an advanced intelligence species, it may be positioned over and be obscuring a [vast, also circa 18,000-mile in-diameter in-all-directions] north-pole ice-covered continent and subsurface ocean of H2O, as vital food supply and production, etc., natural resources, undetected and unknown to our space scientists and not discovered by the Cassini spacecraft's research instruments -- maybe, most logically, because these spacecraft of our species travel within our solar-planetary system's solar-system disk plane, whereas the possible colonizer spacecraft of such exospecies residing on Saturn and its moon Titan would transit between their home extra-solar planet via outer space outside of the solar-system disk plane of our solar-planetary system like Oumuamua observably did,speculatively-deductively from Saturn-Titan, in rendezvousing with our Sun on circa October 19, 2017, coming from outer space outside of it and entering the outer space of our solar-system disk plane to make the rendezvous.  A scientific news article on the Saturn's hexagon printed in the reputable British newspaper The Guardian (to the best of my recall, but the newspaper also could have been The Telegraph or The Daily Mail, all of which I read periodically) circa 2007, or within a few years later, inadequately attempted to explain away this enduring and fixed feature of Saturn as being the product of natural weather dynamics on Saturn in that location, in dissonance with the facts 1)., that Saturn is 1 of 4 gas planets of our solar system that all are side-by-side line of planetary neighbors that along with their numerous moons do not harbor any such structure, 2)., that no such structure is present anywhere else on Saturn itself, not even at its south pole nor on any of its many moons, and 3)., that no such structure has been observed anywhere else in our solar system. Reasons to deny and hide the existence of neighboring solar-system ETIs (extraterrestrial intelligence):

(If the discarded Cassini spacecraft was captured by or delivered to such a exospecies when it was jettisoned into the atmosphere of Saturn, it may be retained by them in part as the electronic-data [broadcast-] signal receiver and transmitter that it was during its research mission, but now in the direct possession of that exospecies.  The Huygens video-transmitter probe, that was a passenger craft of the large Cassini longterm research spacecraft orbiting and surveilling planet Saturn and its moon community, was released from the Cassini spacecraft on 12-25-2004 and traveled by its own fuel power, possibly also plutonium, to nearby Saturn's moon Titan and parachuted down and landed on a patch of its terrestrial surface on 01-14-2005 and transmitted photos back to Cassini, for relay to ESA, ISA and NASA on Earth, of the environment of Titan within its descent and stationary views, a short-term mission, leaving the Huygens transmitter and possibly nuclear-fueled probe craft abandoned and permanently stationary where it landed, with respect to its own mobile ability,  http://www.esa.int/Our_Activities/Space_Science/Cassini-Huygens/The_mission.)
